1. What We Offer
Aura Pitaara sells personalized, thrifted jewelry surprise boxes. Each box is curated based on your vibe quiz selections. The items in your pitaara are hand-selected and one-of-a-kind — meaning no two boxes are identical.
2. Orders & Payment
When you complete the vibe quiz and place an order, our team will reach out via WhatsApp/email to confirm payment details. Payment is due before your pitaara ships. We reserve the right to cancel orders that remain unpaid after 48 hours.
3. Surprise Element
Since every pitaara is a surprise box, exact items cannot be previewed before delivery. Your quiz responses guide our curation, but the final selection is at our creative discretion.
4. Thrifted & Pre-loved Items
Our jewelry is thrifted and may show minor signs of character (vintage patina, gentle wear). This is intentional and part of the charm. We inspect every piece for quality before including it.
5. Account & Contact Info
You're responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information. We won't be liable for non-delivery due to incorrect details.
