1. Shipping Within India
We currently ship across India. Your pitaara will be dispatched within 5–7 business days of confirmed payment. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are included in your selected tier price. Occasionally, remote pin codes may incur an additional delivery charge — we'll inform you before shipping.
3. Tracking
Once your pitaara is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/email. If you don't receive it within 7 business days of payment, reach out to us!
4. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or undeliverable, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the courier to resolve it ASAP.
5. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.
