1. Nature of Product
Since each Aura Pitaara box is a personalized mystery/surprise box, the contents are curated uniquely for you based on your quiz preferences. This makes every box a custom order.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided curation has not yet begun. To cancel, DM us on Instagram or email us immediately. Once curation has started, cancellations are not possible.
3. Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our product:
- No refunds on delivered orders (since items are curated specifically for you).
- Full refund if the order is cancelled within the 12-hour window.
- Replacement or store credit if your pitaara arrives damaged or with defective items — just share photos within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Damaged/Missing Items
If something in your pitaara arrives damaged or you receive fewer items than expected, reach out within 48 hours with clear photos. We'll make it right — either with a replacement piece or credit.
